As a supplier on our database you automatically have your basic company and contact details listed under a specific heading. Please check the website www.routeonecontacts.co.uk to ensure your details are correct. Any amendments, additions or omissions should be advised to us immediately by replying to this email as the website is updated on a weekly basis. The cut-off point when well import the website database for inclusion in the 2011 print directory and on the CD-Rom is 31 March 2011.

Specifications
Artwork requirements should be either a Quark File (with JPEGS and fonts etc) OR a high resolution PDF file (min 300dpi) to arrive no later than 4 weeks before publication date. Cancellations should be at least 14 days before publication date.
