Weston-super-Mare based Bakers Dolphin celebrated its 25th annual customer reunion with a special weekend away, exploring East Anglia and experiencing one of the UK’s best Christmas Spectaculars.
Almost 200 travellers from across the south-west joined Bakers Dolphin staff, managers and directors for the get-together which included a visit to Ely Cathedral and the famous Christmas Spectacular in Thursford.
The reunion is held every year to bring its regular customers together and have one last ‘knees-up’ before Christmas. This year marked the 25th annual reunion and guests celebrated with specially-made coach-shaped cakes.
Sales and Marketing Director Amanda Harrington, says: “The reunion is always great fun and this year was no exception as we celebrated a fantastic 25 years of this particular tour, which is one of the favourites on our programme.
“The weekend gives us a chance to see our regular customers and spend some time with them, while doing what we do best – holidays!
“From the customers who travelled with us for the first time this year to the regular customers we have been servicing for decades, everyone had a fabulous time.”
Next year’s reunion is in Yorkshire.
Bakers Dolphin has been in business since 1889, providing pick-up points across the South West and offering holidays, short-breaks and day-trips to locations in the UK, on the continent and further-afield.
