Leon Daniels has been awarded an Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (OBE) in the New Year’s Honours list for his services to Transport for London (TfL).
Mr Daniels retired from TfL in December 2017 where he was Managing Director, Surface Transport, with responsibility for delivery of all £3.5bn of road, light rail and transport services and all major, civil engineering infrastructure projects in the capital.
He is currently Head of Strategy, UK at scheduling firm Optibus.
The New Year’s Honours list recognises the achievements of a wide range of people from across the United Kingdom.
