Work-life balance can be a challenge so it’s reassuring to know that there is help at hand if things go off track, says the Transport Benevolent Fund (TBF).
Respected family coach operator, Williams Coaches of Brecon, has entered in to a partnership with the TBF with the company paying half the cost of TBF membership for its staff.
Rose Williams, who runs the company with her brother, John, says: “We are very fortunate to have a fantastic pool of staff working for us.
“We feel TBF is an excellent scheme, and by contributing 50% it is a unique way of rewarding employees for all their hard work and commitment, and it allows them to access all the great benefits TBF has to offer.”
The cost of TBF membership remains just £1 per week, covering the member, their partner and dependent children, and brings eligibility for help in a wide range of situations if need, hardship or distress should arise.
TBF’s South West and Wales organiser, Michael Gibson, says: “It is a great pleasure to work with such an established company.
“Williams Coaches has been offering the people of Brecon and surrounding communities, top-quality coach travel for over 60 years and we look forward to helping their staff in the future if need should arise.”
