Bus drivers suspended planned strikes on 17 and 24 March after “positive talks” with Go-Ahead owned Oxford Bus Company in a dispute over Christmas pay.
It follows two 24-hour strikes on 2 and 6 March after talks between Unite and the company broke down.
Marie Hall, Unite regional officer, said fresh discussions had taken place, while the company said it was optimistic.
The issue revolves around extra pay that Unite wants on top of existing agreements.
