Passengers can charge their phones for free at 10 bus stations in the West Midlands, after new Fonebox charging units were installed.
The changers can boost smartphone batteries by up to 50% in 30 minutes, and will be useful for the increasing numbers of passengers using mobile phones to buy, store and show their travel tickets.
The Fonebox facilities are now installed at Walsall, Wednesbury, Dudley, Stourbridge, Bilston, Halesowen, Wolverhampton, West Bromwich, Cradley Heath and Coventry bus stations.
