Coach operator Richard Bamber is urging Confederation of Passenger Transport (CPT) members to join the next North Western regional meeting, on Monday 10 July at Manchester Airport.
Mr Bamber, who is Managing Partner of Anthony’s Travel and Chair of the CPT’s North Western region, says: “While CPT North Western is not promising to invent supersonic coach and bus travel, we are working tirelessly to bring about effective change within the industry, while continuing to represent and protect members’ best interests.”
Those joining the evening event (start time: 1730hrs) will hear from former Senior Traffic Commissioner Beverley Bell CBE, the Greater Manchester Police Terrorism Unit, and the CPT’s Head of Public Affairs, Pauline Gaunt OBE.
Operators will also have an opportunity to view the latest Neoplan Tourliner coach including interior upholstery from the event’s sponsor, Ultrafabrics.
Mr Bamber adds: “I urge all CPT members in the north west to get involved with regional meetings in order to share views and discuss best practice in order to help make a positive difference to our industry. It really is the best way to get your voices heard.”
