Metrobus has teamed up with Tilgate Nature Centre by redesigning a bus.
One of the town’s buses has been redesigned so it’s covered in giant meerkats in celebration of Tilgate Nature Centre’s valuable conservation work with endangered species.
Mayor Brian Quinn attended the launch of the newly-designed bus on Thursday 19 September.
The marketing team at Metrobus worked with Tilgate Nature Centre Manger Simon Woodward to come up with the design, but also to include animal facts in the interior coving panels.
Metrobus Head of Commercial, Nick Hil, says: “We wanted to create a second striking one-off bus after we launched one earlier in the year that celebrated 70 years of Crawley New Town.
