Data delivered by Transport Focus’ (TF) highly-respected Bus Passenger Survey is operators’ key weapon to improve their services – and ridership – through understanding how satisfied their customers are, and what they need to change.
Already, networks with high passenger satisfaction are seeing it rewarded by passenger and/or revenue growth.
Says TF’s Stuart Edwards: “How it works is the richness of the data, showing the big influences of trust, and what passengers need.”
