While we have worked with Greys of Ely and Richard Grey previously, we unfortunately had the misfortune to require mechanical assistance in London recently.
Luckily, one of Richard's drivers saw our vehicle and called Richard to suggest that we may need assistance. Richard called me immediately to see how they could help and, within 15 minutes, we had our passengers on the move to their destination.
To Richard and his team, we are truly very grateful. I do not know who the driver was but he or she is a credit to his company.
The coach industry is sometimes much maligned, but instances such as this reinforces to me what great people I work with and around.
