Stagecoach Yorkshire’s ‘social media guru’ Carol Jones won the Customer Service award in the Stagecoach Group Champions Awards for her work managing Stagecoach Yorkshire’s Twitter account.
Carol won £1,000 prize money and a two-night stay in London incorporating the award ceremony.
She said: “I am really proud to have won.
“I really enjoy the role and being part of such a great team. I just like helping people and try to answer any queries customers have as quickly as possible.”
