U16 girls Exeter Spartans are top of the
basketball National League.
It was a “no brainer” when Benita, loyal
adaptations customer of GM Coachwork,
asked if it would sponsor her daughter’s
U16 basketball team.
The team has been doing incredibly well
and its progress is a credit to the girls and
their coaches, says GM Coachwork.

A partnership of suppliers has helped
deliver a new coachbuilt accessible minibus,
and saved its new owners - The Hollybank
Trust - £10,000 due to their generosity.
Treka has longed worked with the
Mirfield-based Trust, close to its factory and
says it is “always blown way by the great
work this organisation does to support
and educate over 100 children and adults
through their special school, residential
homes, and adult daytime activity
It assisted the Trust through its journey to
procure a new vehicle that will play a critical
role in its operations.
Many months of work culminated with
the delivery of a brand new Treka 16
coachbuilt accessible minibus.
Not only was Treka able to deliver a classleading
vehicle, it was also able to surprise
the Trust with over £10,000 of savings,
made possible thanks to the incredibly
generous support of a number of Treka’s
longtime supply partners.
Both EVM and Mellor exhibited vehicles at
Hong Kong’s Minibus Show as they look to
the Far East.
EVM displayed a 22-seat Avantgarde
minicoach along with a 16-seat low-floor
Cityline conversion. Specifically for Hong
Kong they include uprated air-conditioning.
Mellor showed a 19-seat variant of
its Strata coachbuilt model. At 7.44m it
is shorter than Stratas delivered to UK
operators and has Eberspächer air-con.
