Mini and midicoach dealership Ilesbus UK, which imports vehicles converted or bodied by Turkish builder Ilesbus, has moved to a 20,000ft2 facility in Pyle, South Wales, which is near to junction 37 of the M4.
It gives the dealer extensive parking and a building that houses a showroom, a workshop and a stores area.
Parts are held at Pyle for all models that Ilesbus UK sells. They extend from bespoke Mercedes-Benz Vito conversions, through Sprinter conversions to coachbuilt Iveco Daily-based midicoaches.
Its range will grow in coming months with a larger midi based on the Mercedes-Benz Atego chassis with a GVW of 12,000kg. The first left-hand drive example has been completed by Ilesbus and right-hand drive Atego chassis are at the Bursa plant.
The same body will also be mounted on an MAN TGL chassis. Ilesbus is also examining the TGE van with a view to offering minicoach conversions. The TGE extends to 5,500kg GVW.
