BDM /Vendor Sales Manager role – based in the UK.
Likely OTE is 60k- 90k pa. (un-capped commission).

The role will encompass the development of the company’s Bus and Coach business in the UK.

The individual will be a self-starter, able to work from home if required and be fully mobile with very much a “can do” attitude. Our client base is UK wide, predominantly in the midlands and north of England/ southern Scotland. There is outside possibility of some European clients also.

The individual will be focussed on developing their own direct client base in the transport industry and converting leads from major UK Bus and Coach suppliers, which Coachlease provides.

This is an exciting new senior role within our transport division, where our management have historical experience in lending into.

The role will be a growth position, working with achievable targets and assistance from the MD and Operations Director – the candidate needs to have experience in the leasing/asset finance sector and be highly self-motivated and confident about making appointments with both new and existing clients and Dealers in the UK.

We are looking to establish Coachlease as one of the major specialist Bus and Coach asset finance providers within the UK.

The role will require regular contact and visits to one of the UK’s largest dealerships with a view to developing our relationship with them, and their customers. There will also be opportunities for the candidate to continue their existing relationships.

The role will mainly involve development of relationships via regular contact with customers, suppliers & dealers – to sell the services of the company and to negotiate profitable asset finance business on a brokerage basis on behalf of the Company. You will be expected to carry out an array of duties, including but not limited to building new & improving existing vendor/manufacturer relationships. You will need to be able to demonstrate that you have already the skills to present a deal to credit and to “close the sale” with a customer. This is more than an account management/ vendor support role.

The head office provides full back office support in terms of underwriting, approval, documentation and payout of deals, leaving you to concentrate on what you are best at – developing customer relationships and opportunities for Coachlease.
