26,985 – 36,456 (Depending on experience/location and day/night position) + free coach travel

The successful candidate will assist Managers and Supervisors of the garage Engineering function to effectively maintain Company vehicles and premises in line with VOSA, Company and ISO 9001 :2000 standards.
You’ll be on hand to perform diagnostic and maintenance duties on vehicles, helping to ensure sufficient roadworthy vehicles are available every working day. Routine services and preventative maintenance will be important parts of your job, as will maintaining records, looking after plant defects and organising paperwork.
To work in this team, you’ll need engineering experience with PCV vehicles, a recognised engineering qualification and bags of enthusiasm. An actual PCV licence would be advantageous. Outstanding communication skills are essential, and you’ll also need to be willing to work a shift rota over seven days, including Bank Holidays and nights.
