A series of drivers’ hours and tachograph offences, some of long standing, have resulted in the revocation of the two-vehicle restricted O-Licence held by Cumnock-based Norberto Sanchez Donis and Geronimo Fernandez Donis (trading as A1 Lux) by Deputy Traffic Commissioner (DTC) Antony Seculer.
In addition, the DTC suspended the vocational driving licence of one of the drivers concerned for 12 months and those held by another two for nine months.
