Offences see TM disqualifications and licence cut for Bristol operator who appeared to believe he was ‘above the law’
Drivers’ hours and tachograph offences, including the falsification of records, have led to the 106-vehicle international licence held by Eurotaxis being cut to 86 vehicles by Traffic Commissioner (TC) Kevin Rooney.
The TC also imposed conditions that authorised vehicles do not travel outside the UK or undertake tour operations for eight months. He disqualified Toby Carter and company secretary Juan Sanzo from acting as a Transport Manager (TM) indefinitely.
