The Department for Transport has announced eight dates where it hopes to meet with community transport stakeholders as part of its consultation into Section 19 and Section 22 permits.
At the events, the DfT will explain the consultation policy proposals and take questions. Sessions will be held on:
- 5 April – Exeter, County Hall, 1030-1230hrs
- 9 April – Ipswich, Endeavour House, 1030-1230hrs and 1430-1630hrs
- 13 April – Nottingham, Axis Building, 1030-1230hrs and 1330-1530hrs
- 16 April – Edinburgh, Victoria Quay, 1030-1230hrs and 1330-1530hrs
- 20 April – Pontypridd, Welsh Government Offices, 1030-1230hrs and 1330-1530hrs
- 25 April – Leeds, Lateral, City Walk, 1030-1230hrs and 1330-1530hrs
- 27 April – London, Department for Transport, 1030-1230hrs and 1330-1530hrs
- 30 April – Manchester, Friends Meeting House, 1100-1300hrs and 1400-1600hrs.
The events are free to attend but require registration. ID may also be required upon arrival.
