In upholding the decision of Traffic Commissioner (TC) Victoria Davies to refuse an application for a new onevehicle restricted O-Licence by Huw Jones, trading as Tacsi Amlwch, of Bryntwrog, Rhosybol, Amlwch, on financial grounds, the Upper Tribunal said that neither the fact that Mr Jones provided jobs and a service which was useful to the public in his area, nor temporarily adverse trading conditions, nor the need to spend money on other aspects . . .
