The 18-vehicle international O-Licence held by Manchester-based Orion Travel Coaches has been cut to 12 vehicles for a period of seven days by TC Gerallt Evans following a two-day Public Inquiry into reports of a high number of drivers’ hours infringements and unaccounted mileage; questions about the active involvement of TM Nitin Radia at the time of the investigation; and whether or not some of the tachograph charts, workshop and wheel torque . . .
