Arriva North East and Arriva Yorkshire have been awarded the Change Management Project of the Year Award at the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Awards. The award recognises both companies’ Arri-va-va-voom strategy. .
The CIPD Awards recognise employers that go the extra mile in recruitment and training. Arri-va-va-voom was introduced to tackle key areas within the engineering functions, recognising that a culture change was needed to improve engineering performance and deliver the companies’ objectives.
