Irizar UK names new Aftersales Manager

Chris Pike has been named Irizar UK’s Aftersales Manager. He joins the Worksop-based importer of the Spanish coaches from Moseley in the South, where he held the same position for 20 years.

.His priority is to ensure that all of Irizar UK’s customers receive ample direct contact from the dealer after they take delivery of their coach. “We all agree that it’s important to keep seeing our customers throughout the life the vehicle, not just when they have a problem,” he says.

To fulfil this aim Chris will spend much of his time on the road, visiting clients. “I want customers to be able to understand the back-up we can provide,” he adds.
