Putting customer service at the top of the agenda is the motive behind Stagecoach North East’s employment of a new customer communications team. .
Four communications assistants have been brought on board to provide service support for the region, including responding to e-mail and telephone queries and complaints, and also liaising with the operator’s six depots to ensure prompt responses. They will also be involved in the management of a number of season tickets.
Marketing Manager Helen Martin says: â€œThe team has already shown great promise and enthusiasm in their customer-facing roles.
â€œWe are committed to working with and developing fresh talent, which will hopefully culminate in a bright future with Stagecoach.â€
