Online service network r2c has now processed 15m digital service record sheets.
It utilises a model where data is inputted by a technician via tablet. The data is then sent directly to the r2c online platform, from where it can be retrieved whenever necessary by fleet and workshop managers.
All the over 15m records are stored securely on a cloud-hosted, password-protected platform. The supplier says the number is growing at the rate of 5m per year. That, it adds, demonstrates operators’ desire to move away from paper-based record keeping.
