OMNIplus will launch eShop on 16 September. It is a digital parts ordering platform for Mercedes-Benz and Setra vehicles.
It allows instant access to the complete portfolio of OMNIplus original parts that are customisable to individual fleet requirements.
eShop will be available to customers of all EvoBus subsidiaries throughout Europe, including EvoBus (UK), via the new OMNIplus On portal. It is an online digital service platform that will be readily accessible with one login.
EvoBus says that the eShop is “the perfect solution for parts procurement wherever you may be.”
Thanks to smart device compatibility and intuitive functionality, the complete parts catalogue can be navigated by browsing set categories or inputting key search terms such as part numbers or model names.
Innovative account customisation is prominent in eShop. The Fleet function allows customers to enter and store their own vehicle data to conveniently filter the stocklist.
eShop also considers the customer’s unique vehicle specifications when shortlisting parts suitability.
Parts availability at a preferred service centre is visible to users at a glance and bespoke delivery options can be integrated effortlessly.
