Anil Singh has been named Regional Sales Manager for London, the South East and East Anglia by Volvo Bus UK and Ireland.
Mr Singh joins from Ford, where he was Sales Account Specialist. With Volvo he will work closely with independent and family-run operators in the territory to guide them through the purchasing process for the manufacturer’s full coach and bus range.
Experience in sales and business development means that Mr Singh “brings a deep understanding of customer needs and commercial operations to his new position,” Volvo Bus UK and Ireland says.
Adds Retail Sales Manager Jennifer McGill: “Anil is a great addition to the team. We have already seen how dedicated he is to the customers in his area, and I look forward to seeing these relationships develop going forward.

Mr Singh says he was attracted to Volvo Buses through its reputation, position in the market, and focus on putting the customer first.
“My goal is to be a friendly face for every operator, no matter how long it has been a customer or how many vehicles it has in its fleet,” he continues.
“My immediate priority is strengthening relationships, with both colleagues and customers. It is especially important for me to understand our customers’ businesses so I can offer them the best possible support now and in the future.”
