FirstGroup is featuring in BBC One’s Claimed and Shamed documentary which aired from Monday (20 November).
The show focuses on the fight against insurance fraud, and FirstGroup’s in house claims management company told stories of notable fraud cases for this new series. FirstGroup cases are set to feature in episodes one, four, seven and eight.
The programme will be broadcast on BBC One at 09:15, Monday to Friday, for two weeks and will be available on BBC iPlayer.
