Waterside Tours takes a new VDL Futura FHD2

Waterside Tours’ new VDL Futura FHD2 is a 12.2m, 53-seat coach

Hythe, Hampshire-based Waterside Tours has added a VDL Futura FHD2 to its fleet, supplied by Moseley in the South (01823 653000).

The coach is 12.2m long and it has 49 Vogel LS30 seats with three-point belts along with a centre sunken toilet, a hot water boiler, a fridge and a Bosch Professional Line entertainment system.

USB charging points are provided at every seat and the FHD2 has rear proximity sensors.

Power is from a DAF MX-11 engine rated at 370bhp and the coach also carries a cherished registration based on the operator’s home town.
