Potential increases to the cost of floors, lifts and other wheelchair securement-related items have been aired by supplier AMF-Bruns, which says that the “continually difficult exchange rate” may force a review.
While increases will not be introduced now, they may be “unavoidable” from 1 June, it says, adding that packaging charges increased from 1 March as it is unable to cover what has been a rising cost “for the past 10 years.”
