I had a phone call for a quote from a young man very upset as he booked a coach with a company called Avant coach bookings. It appears they run a scam where they let people down at the last moment.
They took full payment up front and he's having no joy with the card company either.
These companies do the coach industry no end of harm. I will be warning people on my Facebook page.
We should all do it and save someone else this heart ache.
