Travel SOS of Birmingham has added to its fleet a Yutong TC9 midicoach, supplied by Pelican Bus and Coach.

It carries 37 passengers, with seats trimmed in a half-leather red-based scheme and provided with lateral displacement at aisle positions. USB and 240v charging points also form part of the specification.

The TC9 is to PSVAR ready standard to allow straightforward conversion to full compliance later in life. External finish is in silver, with a cherished 24-plate registration mark that left it ready to enter service on 1 March. Polished alloy wheels are also fitted.

Power is from a Cummins B6.7 engine developing 320bhp coupled to a ZF EcoLife gearbox. Area Sales Manager Lee McMahon handled the sale for Pelican, and he has been thanked by Travel SOS for his support.
