Belle Vue Manchester has taken delivery of three more Yutong GT12 coaches for FlixBus work, supplied by Pelican Bus and Coach.
More will follow this year as part of an order placed for 18 during mid-2024, all of which are for FlixBus services. The latest arrivals carry the standard bright green livery and are to the established specification for the scheduled network drawn up by partners involved in the vehicle supply.
Pelican UK Coach Sales Manager Simon Collins says that 2025 “will be a busy period for Belle Vue and FlixBus, and we wish them both a successful year.”
Power in the new vehicles is from the DAF MX-11 engine developing 450bhp driving through a ZF EcoLife automatic gearbox. They come with the usual refinements including 240-volt and USB charging provision.
