Star Coaches of Batley has added a further Scania K360NI with Irizar i6S Efficient bodywork, supplied by Scania UK.

It follows an earlier example delivered to Star Coaches in 2023 and is a 53-seater with burnt orange piping and curtains. The specification also includes wood-effect flooring, an on-board vacuum cleaner, a Webasto coolant pre-heater, a centre sunken toilet, a drinks machine, and a fridge.

Entertainment comes from a DVD player coupled to twin monitors, while each seat has a USB charging point. A camera monitoring system is in place of conventional mirrors.

PSVAR compliance is part of the specification, for which a lift is fitted immediately behind the front axle along with silver LED destination displays.

The vehicle is finished in Star’s distinctive metallic blue livery and is described as a “stunning coach” by Scania UK Regional Account Manager Richard Austin.
