Stagecoach East has upgraded its flagship frequent service route one cross-city service with a fleet of 16 new Enviro400 MMCs. They oust 13 older Enviro400s to King’s Lynn and Bedford.
The 16 new buses have free wi-fi, USB ports, leather seats and stop/start technology.
They come as the whole of Stagecoach East – whose operating region stretches from Cambridge to the Fens and coast, including the former Norfolk Green operation – has implemented contactless payments.
