Stagecoach East Midlands has increased capacity on its Hull-Leeds via Brough and Goole route X62 by upgrading to high specification ADL Enviro400 buses, running under the SimpliExpress brand.

They replace Plaxton coaches on the route, which started in 1996.

Booked in advance, fares start from £1.50 one way including booking fee, compared with advance rail fares of £13.

The buses have high backed e-leather seats and USB charging points.
