eStar Truck and Van, the latest Mercedes-Benz truck and van franchise in the North West of England and North Wales, has gained the aftersales franchise for EvoBus in Deeside. It complements the group’s existing arrangement with EvoBus at its Trafford Park base in Greater Manchester.
As a result of the award, all Mercedes-Benz and Setra coach, bus and minibus products can be serviced, maintained and repaired by Mercedes-Benz trained technicians using genuine parts and specialist tooling at both locations.
eStar says it “has exceeded the stringent Mercedes-Benz coach and bus requirements in order to ensure competence and dedication for the coach, bus and minibus community.” That includes specialist training and certified team members, investment in diagnostics systems and high availability of genuine parts.
Adds eStar Managing Director Steve Bridge: “We are delighted to be awarded the aftersales franchise from EvoBus at our Deeside site. North Wales is a key route for many coach, bus and minibus operators, so to know that they can receive the support that they need from eStar means that they can continue to focus on their business and keep their customers moving, while we make sure that their vehicles stay on the road and earning their keep.”
