Two of the Leopards are 12.2m 70-seaters and one is a 12.9m 59-seater

Apple Travel of Slough has taken delivery of three Volvo B8Rs with Leopard bodywork, supplied by Plaxton (01909 551166).

Two of the trio are 12.2m, 70-seat coaches while the third is a 12.8m 59-seater. They have LED destination indicators, DVD entertainment systems and all-round CCTV.

Says Director Joel Sweeney: “We have a long relationship with Plaxton and we had no hesitation about acquiring the new Leopards.

“Operating in and around London, it is important that we are at the forefront in terms of stylish, modern vehicles that perform well in demanding traffic conditions and deliver what they promise.

“The ULEZ makes it imperative that we meet those exacting standards and the B8R keeps us ahead of the game on that front.”
