Black’s of Brechin is celebrating its 180th anniversary in 2017 and as part of the festivities it has taken delivery of a Mercedes-Benz Tourismo, supplied by EvoBus (UK) (02476 626000).
It is to range-topping Touring Plus specification and has 49 seats with generous legroom. The coach will be used on corporate work, holidays, and as the Brechin City FC team transport.
Also fitted are side-shift on aisle seats, drop-down tables, three-point belts and dual 19in monitors paired to a Bosch Professional Line entertainment system. The Tourismo also comes pre-wired for 4G wi-fi connectivity.
Power is from a 390bhp OM 470 engine that drives through ZF’s six-speed EcoLife automatic gearbox. Also fitted is a comprehensive safety suite of safety aids.
