Hardings Coaches of Betchworth in Surrey has added an AOS Grand Toro midi to its fleet, supplied by EVM.

It is a 37-seater with each position trimmed in synthetic leather and provided with a three-point belt. Folding armrests are at aisle seats, while the flooring is finished with a wood-effect covering.

The Grand Toro’s front-engined layout gives a large rear boot that is complemented by side lockers. Internal luggage storage is within overhead racks that include passenger service units on their undersides, via which the saloon air-conditioning vents.

Convector radiators are also fitted along with a Webasto 16kW coolant pre-heater. Decorative pleated curtains and dark smoke tinted side windows form further parts of the passenger environment.

Entertainment is via a multimedia package that delivers radio, MP3, SD, USB, Bluetooth and DVD capability. A PA system and a reversing camera are also within the vehicle specification.

Power is from the Cummins B4.5 engine driving through an Allison six-speed automatic gearbox.
