Lakeside Coaches’ new B11R SC7 carried the livery of GB Tours

Ellesmere, Shropshire-based Lakeside Coaches has taken delivery of a B11R with Sunsundegui SC7 bodywork, supplied by Volvo Bus (02476 210250).

Finished in GB Tours livery, it has 53 Esteban Ega Relax seats with three-point belts and an Actia entertainment system, along with a host of extras.

“Our past positive experience with both Volvo and Sunsundegui made this an easy selection,” says Director and General Manager Neal Hall.

“The coach also has a preheater, scene lights and Bosch PA equipment, enhancing passengers’ comfort and the overall touring experience.

“For aftersales back-up and support, we will be working with Hartshornes Motor Services in Walsall, which provides excellent service. It also played a significant role in our choice of manufacturer.”
