Landmark Coaches’ 53-seat Tourismo is the first of two to join its fleet

Landmark Coaches of Arlesey, Bedfordshire has recently received the first of two Tourismos, supplied by EvoBus (UK) (02476 626000).

The coach has 53 seats, but its centre sunken toilet can be removed quickly to increase that figure to 55. It has the OM 470 engine that the operator expects to return in the region of 14mpg.

Passenger comfort is assured thanks to climate control and an entertainment system that includes a DVD and Blue-Ray player and two screens, while a drinks machine and fridge are also provided.

Safety systems include lane assist and advanced emergency braking. The coach also has tyre pressure monitoring, which keeps track all round and warns the driver if any pressure becomes sub-optimal.
