Plants Luxury Travel of Cheadle in the Staffordshire Moorlands has added a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter with coachbuilt Grand Tourer bodywork to its fleet, supplied by EVM.
The new minicoach is a 19-seater. Each position is upholstered in leather with diamond stitching and has a three-point belt and a folding armrest, while lateral movement is fitted to aisle seats where they form part of a double arrangement.
Passenger access is via a Masats plus entry door. Amenities include a fridge beneath the dash, a roof-mounted air-conditioning unit that vents via the luggage racks, and convector heaters.
Also provided is a PA system, along with wood-effect flooring, panoramic double-glazed side windows, and a reversing camera.
The Grand Tourer has a rear boot with a parallel-lift door, with further storage space in lockers on each side. A front bumper spoiler with daytime running lights is among trim fitted, and EVM has added its trademark chrome package.
Based on a 519CDi extra-long wheelbase Sprinter, the new arrival with Plants Luxury Travel has a 190bhp engine driving through the 9G-Tronic nine-speed automatic gearbox. It is completed by a cherished registration mark.
