Moffat and Williamson has purchased seven Mercedes-Benz Sprinters with coachbuilt Strata low-floor bodies, supplied by Mellor Coachcraft (01706 860610).
They will be used in and around the Dundee and wider Fife areas and each has space for up to 22 passengers, including two wheelchair users.
“The fuel economy of the Strata far exceeds that of larger buses, which was an attractive selling point,” says MD George Devine.
“We are also aware of the need to improve air quality. These buses show that the company is committed to providing low-floor, low carbon, Euro 6-standard vehicles.”
