SHM Travel of Prestwick, Ayrshire, has added a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter with coachbuilt Grand Tourer bodywork to its fleet, supplied by EVM.
It is a 19-seater with a courier’s position. USB charging points are fitted throughout and the minicoach also benefits from panoramic double-glazed side windows and a high-capacity saloon air-conditioning unit.
A 17-inch monitor allows USB and SD card playback, while passengers also benefit from a powered door, luggage racks with integrated service units, and an under-dash fridge.
Power is from the 2.0-litre OM 654 engine, which has succeeded the previous OM 651 four-cylinder unit in the Sprinter. The minicoach for SHM Travel is completed with a cherished registration mark and the customary EVM styling pack.
