Stagecoach East Midlands has taken delivery of six Enviro400 MMCs, supplied by Alexander Dennis (01909 551166).
They are for hourly InterConnect route 100 between Scunthorpe, Gainsborough and Lincoln and they have synthetic leather seats and USB charging points. The Enviro400 MMCs will be joined by 10 new single-deckers for Lincoln next month.
Says MD Michelle Hargreaves: “We are delighted to be making this further investment in our North Lincolnshire services.
“Fitted with new technology, more comfortable seats and ultra-low emission engines, these buses are a great way to travel into Scunthorpe.”
