Cambridge Coaches has purchased a VDL Futura FHD2-129, supplied by Moseley (PCV) (01977 609000).

The 12.9m two-axle coach is powered by a DAF MX-11 engine rated at 370bhp coupled to a ZF EcoLife automatic gearbox. The operator has also invested in a Texa diagnostics laptop to accompany the new addition.

Inside, it has 57 Vogel LS40 part-leather seats with three-point belts, footrests, drop-down tables and magazine nets. A centre sunken toilet is also fitted, along with a drinks facility and a dash-mounted fridge.

Rounding the coach off is a Bosch Professional Line entertainment system.
