The i4 integral for Rover European has nearside centre door and 57 seats

Nailsworth, Gloucestershire-based Rover European has added a uniquely-specified i4 integral, supplied by Irizar UK (01909 500514).

It comes with a nearside centre door, and its 57 seats are of the i6 type. They deliver the element of luxury that is required of a coach that services both school contracts and private hire duties. It has the optional raised floor to suit the latter role.

Says MD David Hand: “This vehicle is used on a contract where we load and discharge on a main road along with 19 other coaches. The additional nearside door helps us to do that as quickly and as safely as possible.”

Power is from a DAF MX-11 engine developing 370bhp, coupled to a ZF EcoLife gearbox.
