The new MCV Evolution-bodied Volvo B8RLE delivered to York Pullman

York Pullman has added a B8RLE with MCV Evolution bodywork, supplied by Volvo Bus (02476 210250).

It will be used on scheduled service work and school contracts and it has three-point belts throughout to allow it to satisfy that role.

Says MD Tom James: “We have been a long-standing customer of Volvo, with over 80% of our large fleet being on its chassis, so we had no hesitation in returning when we needed a new bus.

“Volvo had the availability, vehicle specification and capacity that we were looking for at a competitive price. The reliability that we have come to expect from our previous Volvos gives us complete confidence and peace of mind.”

The B8RLE has a 280bhp D8K engine coupled to a ZF EcoLife gearbox.
