Refuse lorry driver Nicholas Buck, 52, has been granted bail after appearing at Birmingham Magistrates Court charged with causing death by dangerous driving.

The collision near Birmingham last July with a Bagnalls-operated minicoach killed passenger Holly Brown, who was on a school trip (routeone, News, 11 July 2017).
