Former Stagecoach driver Alistair Forbes, 58, of Dundee “knowingly” ran a red light in Broughty Ferry before his double-decker hit a woman on a pedestrian crossing.
Charged with dangerous driving causing serious injury, he pleaded guilty on summary complaint to an alternative charge of careless driving.
He was banned from driving for three months and fined him £400.
